Today, rather than just filming the sunset itself, I tried to make more of the reflected light and also use the trees to enhance the overall scene. Although I began my walk at 4.00pm, it was already too dark on the shady side of the hill to take good photos.
Beautiful again, Alice.
ReplyDeleteI think you deserve the title "Queen of the Sunset" photos!
You do such a marvelous job.
I love it when the trees are in silhouette against the sky!! Beautiful shots as usual Alice!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful...fire in the sky! That's what the colors make me of think. I love the way you've captured the light through the trees. you certainly have some spectacular sunsets in your neck of the woods.

I look forward to seeing your garden blooming when I am in the middle of winter.

Love them all, especially the fourth from the bottom Alice. Have been across the water today and am just home- wanted to pop in and say hello. I took some lovely photos of the clouds over my home town as we were sailing back. Will blog them just for you. :)
ReplyDeleteOn the seventh, I think, photo down I can see three cloud birds, ascending in the left of the photo. Love your record of the end of a day. Thank you for the comment you left on my blog about my cat dying. Comments like that do help.
