Has anyone else suddenly been lumbered with Word Verification, not just on Comments now, but also on Edit Posts? Or am I the only 'lucky' one? There seems to be little reason to have WV on Edit Posts as no-one else can access them, and it's certainly driving me crazy when I want to cut and paste photos so as to have them all appear on the one posting.
Supposedly, "they" have identified my blog as a 'spam blog' (how insulting is that). I have asked "them" to remove this new hindrance, and I hope they do it pretty darn quickly.

ReplyDeleteI haven't had the problems with Edits but either I am getting old or the Word Varifications are getting harder (longer and harder to read). Maybe it is time for some glasses.
No problem with Edits, so far anyway. And how do you know you've been labelled spam? Does that have something to do with that flag button at the top? What if someone clicked on it accidentally, or didn't know what it did and clicked to find out? The word flag sounds like you want to save it for looking at later, not something negative.
ReplyDeleteVal - it comes up even on New Postings, too. There's a little question mark next to it and when I click on that it comes up with a page on why this has happened, but 'they' admit that sometimes this can happen incorrectly so I have to request 'someone' to review my blog and then remove the Verification. Sounds like either Big Brother or Big Blogger is watching!! I assure you I am not spamming anyone - HONEST.
