Blogging Corner
This is the new corner where I can meet and commune with my blog friends. Richard and Russell put together this new computer desk, following very meagre instructions. I was a bit apprehensive about having to disconnect what seemed like a million power and computer cords, move all the equipment into place and connect it all up again. But it worked, first time, no hiccups at all. So I can now blog and watch TV at the same time - how decadent. I can't guarantee that the desk will remain this tidy forever. (The desk IS all one colour - it just looks different colours in the light.) 
Nice! It's a good thing to take of a picture of the neatness of this desk......because around here, it just comes from somewhere and lands on my desk.....I clean it up and walla, there it is again....lol......nice Alice I hope you enjoy your new blogging space........
ReplyDeletelove your new desk! I have mine behind one of the sofas so I can watch tv while blogging.. its nice but makes me spend too much time here. LOL You have to show a photo later on when the desk gets messy so the rest of us won't feel so bad!

ReplyDeleteI've always thought those curving wraparound desks so inviting and friendly. All you need now is one of those round conference table add ons for having your tea breaks at. Must say though: blogging and tv watching at the same time sounds kind of impossible!
ReplyDeleteVal - I'm sure blogging and watching TV simultaneously must be easy. After all, Richard has been playing Solitare and watching 'The Bill' with his back to the TV for years.

ReplyDeleteI am also a blogger/TV watcher. Although I have to say that I hardly ever watch the TV. It is mostly just background noise. I get too engrossed in these blogs!
