Does every cloud have a silver lining?
Perhaps. But yesterday's certainly didn't have any rain. Still, I thought they made some interesting pictures
(I had some partial success with 'Hello' today so I added a few more photos of the Japanese Gardens to yesterday's posting.)
Just beautiful.. isn't it amazing??? Clouds are always one of my favorite things. They were so different when we moved down here - it was like huge clumps of whipped cream.. or cotton.. my husband would always tease and say... "you can reach right out and touch-em"... That's how they looked. I love these pictures.
Hi Alice, Hello has been misbehaving recently ... wonder if that is how it will stay, as it is leaving us by the end of the year !! Your photos are wonderful, as usual. I just love clouds. Have a great week. Take care, Meow
Wonderful big white fluffy balls of cotton! Your photos are beautiful Alice. Clouds are a favourite of mine too. I always think of you when I look at them these days :) They have such a peacefulness about them....at least these ones do. Well done!
l agree with Kerri here, even yesterday when l was out with hubby we were driving early and there was a beautiful sunset- l thought of you- the clouds were stunning. l like these wonderful photos on this post. Did you stay there long for the shots or did the wind move them along quite fast? l think that latter is probably more the case because of the pull of them. Beautiful xx
Beautiful cloud formations Alice. They look like they need to be painted. We had blanket grey cloud cover all over Brisbane yesterday and hardly a drop of rain to speak of. The sort of sky that years ago you wouldn't dare go out without your brolly. I've been off the blog radar for a couple of weeks. Lots of family activities etc. Thanks Alice for the amusing emails too.
I just love Cloud pictures....I was somewhere the other day, when the sky was undecibable.....I didn't have my camera.....it's the unusual look that I love to capture....but the camera is pretty big to carry in my purse....I could take my smaller on, but it's just not the same..... Thanks for sharing.....
I love love love the one with no trees in it. Hi there Missy, thanks for your email.... I will return it later today. Sending you a smile. xox Nicole.
