On the day we drove up to meet Marion we stopped for a while at this very picturesque little town on the Aberdovey inlet.
The idle comments of a passionate Australian gardener, whose 'Growing Delight' is sharing the everyday bits'n'pieces with other lovers of gardening, and through photography, the beauty of the Australian landscape.

You Know I Love Clouds....
......especially clouds with character, like these.
I glanced out of the kitchen window late this afternoon and noticed a very dark band of cloud. I grabbed the camera and ran out onto the deck, and only then did I notice the magnificent bank of white clouds above.
The foreground is quite dark as it was fairly late in the day. Perhaps I could have adjusted the camera but I didn't think of it.

Aberaeron
A few kms south along the coast from Aberstwyth is the very colourful town of Aberaeron
Most of the houses looked as though they had only been painted last week, so fresh and clean were they. Mostly in pastel colours with white trim, these pretty houses are a delight to see.
(If you click on the photos you can read the road signs and the information on Dylan Thomas. You can even check the state of 'doneness' of the two sunbathers....lol)

Abroad again....Wonderful Wales
No, we haven't gone overseas again - I just thought I'd post a few more photos here and there.
We spent nearly two weeks in Britain, one week of which was in a delightful cottage in the tiny village of Borth, on the northwest coast of Wales.
Crossing the Severn Estuary between England and Wales.
The beach may not have had golden sands but it had millions of lovely flat rocks that we could have put to good use in our garden on the other side of the world!
