Peace and Tranquility

Join Green Thumb Sunday

Here are just four of more than 100 photos that I took today at the Nan Tien Buddhist Temple, Wollongong, New South Wales. We stayed in Pilgrim Lodge last night and, after breakfast this morning, spent another four hours simply roaming the beautiful gardens and buildings. I'll post more photos during the week.

Interesting that since the beginning of the year I have come across a number of people who are in some way involved with Buddhism, fueling a long standing curiosity I've had. I think it's the idea of a beautiful quiet place to contemplate that appeals to me. More photos please!

Hope Sara's team won!!
Our snowstorm was minor compared to the last...only about 10" to 12". We're going to warm up again on Thursday. I can't wait!
