King's Park is a 440hectare botanical garden on an escarpment high above Perth and the Swan River.
I will post photos of this park shortly, but I just wanted to show these stunning views Perth and the magnificent Swan River.

It looked to be a beautiful day with all those sail boats out on the water. Those are some wonderful views, and I love the way you've framed some of them with the trees. Those gums in the second picture are so stately.
Thanks for sharing the beauty in these lovely photos, Alice.
Great pics.
looks like you had a fabulous trip!
Hello Dear Frances....
What a stunning header picture you have now!
How are you and Richard, well I hope? I’ve just been saying to Kerri, that life has been so busy recently that I’ve spent little time on the computer. Having been blessed with sunnier days the garden’s call has been stronger, there is so much catching up to do because of a very wet and cold March. and we are only a month away from our US trip.
What beauty you have captured in your pictures Frances.... you had a terrific vantage point to get such shots.
Enjoy your week. Love - Marion
I remember these views from when I was there... well, some of them...
So nice all your summer pictures of Perth (I have seen some photos of Perth and its surroundings from my godchild who stayed there for half a year and was very happy there)! It must be a very interesting city!
Have a good time!
Barbara
Beautiful, just as I expected.
Perth is the only capital city I haven't visited.
My step daughter Millie, lives there and I would love to visit one day.
So glad you both enjoyed your visit and thanks so much for sharing your stunning photos.
