My son's partner, Shannon is currently in Belgium, but we need her here to climb the cherry tree and pick her favourite fruit for us. Can you make it by tomorrow, Shannon, or maybe the day after?

I could make it by tomorrow morning... just mentioning this.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE cherries - in or with anything (cherry pie is my all-time favourite) or simply eaten as they are.
Your trees look lovely. Yum!
I think I might be able to get Ross to climb that cherry tree for you Alice. He LOVES cherry pie :) He'd have to bring me along too...for supervision!
Growing up, a neighbor had a black cherry tree. I'd forgotten how enticing those little fruits look. When I find them on sale here, I freeze them for wonderful impulse snacks. smile...
Wow look at all those cherries. Yum. My tree has a whole 6 cherries on it, but one day it might (fingers crossed) have as many as yours does.
Booo. Sob! I wish I COULD be back to pick those. This year looks like a 'bumper crop'! While I can't be there to pick them and eat them (oh yum!), maybe cooked ones will last until February :)
are the fires near you? the ones here are across the valley and up a little - but they lost control last night. It is so smoky and hazy here and lots of ash. welcome summer :(
I love cherries too and I think I can make it over by tomorrow...I just need a small loan for the plane fare. *LOL*
those cherries look great, is it hard to grow a cherry tree, I have had the kids keep al the stones but not sure what to do with them now lol
